There are five (5) steps to the Wisconsin Ice Volleyball Club tryouts procedure as follows and all five (5) steps must be followed completely in order to complete your registration for the tryouts. If the steps are not all completed correctly before the day of tryouts you will be charged $35 for the tryout instead of $25.
- Badger Region/USA Volleyball 2010 Individual Membership Form - Fill out & sign both sides of this form. Verify that all of the information is completed and that all yellow highlighted areas are filled in, signed and dated. This form must be printed on one sheet, double-sided.
- USA Youth & Junior Olympic Volleyball Player Medical Release Form - Fill out the one side of this form. Verify that all of the information is completed and that all lines are signed and dated. NOTE: this is the 2010 version even though the document states 2009.
- Wisconsin Ice Tryout 2010 Form & Tryout Fee - Complete the Wisconsin Ice VBC Tryout Form. The fee for tryouts is $25, non-refundable ($35 on the day of tryouts or if your registration was not completed correctly). The fee for the Ice Chips "All Call" is $10. Your check should be payable to "Wisconsin Ice VBC".
- Sign Up To Play – You must register on-line at "Sign Up to Play" to be officially registered for the Wisconsin Ice VBC tryouts. [Printable Instructions]
- Send in Forms and Payment – Send the Badger Region/USA Volleyball 2010 Individual Membership Form, the 2009 USA Youth & Junior Olympic Volleyball Player Medical Release Form, the Wisconsin Ice VBC Tryout Form – 2010, and your $25 check ($10 for Ice Chips "All Call") to:

Please make sure that the Individual Membership Form is printed double-sided and all the requested information has been completed. Do not send any forms or fee to the Badger Region Volleyball Association. Once you are selected as a player, Wisconsin Ice VBC will send in your membership form and your registration fee to the Badger Region Office.
